Building languages is not a quick task. You must work hours and hours to construct something worth mumbling. From selecting the phonemes to defining grammar rules and making up words, conlanging is both complex and meticulous.

I’m starting this blog to document this language creation journey. To share with the world my love for languages and maybe even educate a little.

The name of the blog, vortejo, is a generated non-official word in esperanto composed by vorto (‘word’)+ sufix -ejo (‘place’), which could be translated as “place for words”.
